It is the most famous ski area in the Fassa Valley, the ski-lifts are at the forefront of technology, like their upkeep and the special care given to grooming the ski slopes which are part of the Sellaronda circuit or the “Giro dei Quattro Passi”, the roughly 40 km route around the Four Passes which can be skied in both directions.
The area is accessible using the ski-lifts from the centre of Canazei and Campitello.
Belvedere, which can be reached in a few minutes from Canazei, hosts the Dolomiti Snowpark and Baby Park, boasting an incredible view which reaches out over the most famous groups of the Dolomites: Sassolungo, Sella, Pordoi, Tofane, Marmolada and Catinaccio. The Pordoi Pass marks the border between the provinces of Trento and Belluno. From the pass a cable-car quickly leads to Sass Pordoi (2950 m.) which offers a 360° view over the entire alpine arc.
From Col Rodella, which can be reached from Campitello di Fassa, it is possible to admire a fantastic view over the Sassolungo and the Sella Towers. In a few minutes it is possible to reach the Sella Pass which is the border between the Fassa Valley and Gardena Valley.
By linking up the Belvedere resort with the Pordoi Pass area, Col Rodella and Sella Pass it is possible to ski along roughly 39 km of runs for a total of 25 ski slopes and 23 lifts.
