Pozza di Fassa

Pozza di Fassa is placed in the widest point of the valley and it benefits from its large territorial extension.

Excursions, hikes, climbing, geology, the renewed panoramic skiing area Buffaure but most of all the perfect mix of green meadows and pure air, assure a faithful touristic demand.

The municipality of Pozza is also composed by the hamlets of Pera, Meida e Moncion.

The neighbouring skiing resort named Aloch, has the peculiarity of been enlightened during the night: a real snow stadium endowed with slpoes for international competitions, trainings, high level races.

We also remind you a visit to the San Nicolò Valley: this area will be surely appreciated because of its beautiful meadows, its characteristic mountain church, its Alpine huts, and lastly, its refuges giving you the possibility, during winter-time of descending to the valley on a sleight.

In Pozza you will also find the School of Arts, the forming centre for local sculptors and decorators.
